If you are not satisfied with pocketPG for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Subscription renewals

After the initial 14-day refund window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Accidental or duplicate charges

If you were charged by mistake or received a duplicate charge, contact us and we will issue a full refund promptly.

Pricing

pocketPG offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly — $49 per instance per month
• Annual — $499 per instance per year (save ~15%)
• Team Monthly — $199 for 5 instances per month
• Team Annual — $1,999 for 5 instances per year

All plans include the same features. A 7-day free trial is available for new users.

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and compliance on our behalf.
